Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. If you have new APIs, clients, or Source Code examples to add to ProgrammableWeb’s directories, we offer forms (APIs, Clients, Source Code) for submitting them to our API research team. If there’s a listing in one of our directories that you’d like to claim as the owner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Seven APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Data, Games, and Coronavirus. Highlights include an API for a game to learn programming, and an API for data about ART in the SMK Museum of Denmark. Here’s a rundown of the latest additions.
SpaceTraders is a multiplayer game (MMO) with a web APITrack this API for playing and learning frontend and backend programming. The game lets players manage a fleet of spaceships, automate trade routes, discover hidden secrets in the universe and more. The API offers methods to manage flight plans, leaderboards, loans, location, marketplace, purchase orders, sell orders, ships, structures, systems and users.
